understanding debug output for "debug icmp trace"

I have enabled the debug icmp trace command on a Cisco PIX 515 running 6.3.4 at a customer site.

I have a strange entry that seems to repeat itself each time an ICMP is generated thru the box. I am concerned about this output, as it looks like there is a public address in it that has no relation to my customers addresses.

Can someone tell me exactly what the following means ( I am pasting this message in from the debug output).

249: ICMP redirect (code 1, addr 69.0.0.140) bhiedge > 172.16.1.1 packet ignored

Thank you.
