    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Marvin,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have 8x5xNBD (Next business day) hardware return for our ASA5585. RMA number received on 10.Aug.2017 for power supply replacement. Today 24.08.2017, we still don't have estimated date for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could i have SLA conditions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am&amp;nbsp;from Turkey.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards, &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;2. Everything from 8x5xNBD (Next business day) hardware return with 24x7 telephone support to on-site spares (or even an engineer with 24x7 support), depending on how much you want to pay.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. If you have a backup config, the TAC can help you revert to it if you have a support contract. If you don't, then they cannot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
