In FTD HA pair One of FTD Network-Sensor_Patch Upgrading failed

Hi All,

One of my FTD in HA Pair is not installing network sensor-patch file. the patch file is "Cisco FTD Patch 6.2.0.6-110" from FMC pushing is working but install is not working for one FTD Device in HA Pair. after that, I was tried many times to install but no luck. The error is Below.

"Remote Install

Apply to XYZ-FTD-HA
Update Install failed"

Can anybody suggest me what is the issue and how i can resolve this issue?

To to expert mode and issue the command tail -f /var/log/messages while
installing to see what's going on

The tail may give you more details but the fix will probably require TAC intervention. I'd go straight to opening a TAC case on this one.

Go ahead and generate a system support file and upload it to your case while you wait for your engineer to engage.
