Hi,

Which firewall is the active unit? "Show failover" should give you details on the state of your failover.

Thanks

We recently replaced our firewall pair (active/failover) due to a clock issue. During this process one firewall (failover) had already died, so we decided to configure 1 of the new replacements as a failover and had the active (due to fail eventually) replicate changes to it. After replacement happened, the active firewall is not showing on ASDM most of the configuration, more specifically to remote access VPN (profiles, rdp, and portal), yet the failover is showing all of the configuration.

How can copy what the failover has to active?

FW001 is the active yet the configuration I need is on FW002. Everything matches except the Clientless Profile, VPN, RDP plug in.

You need to manually copy all the files apart from the configuration itself.

FTP them from the unit that has them to an external server. Then copy them from there onto the unit that needs them. I use the free filezilla ftp server.
