My client had a 5508 firewall RMA'd.

The Sfr module was registered and licensed in FMC.

When I moved the Sfr module to the new firewall, I had to re-image it because I saw no other way to get it back online.

How do I register new Sfr module and replace the old one in FMC to include the license transfer?

The new firewall is not in place. Th

FMC registers sensors (Firepower modules, Firepower appliances and FTD appliances) devices and applies licenses to them based on the sensor IP address.

If you RMA and re-image and then "configure manager add" from the new module, it should connect to the disconnected but registered device instance on the FMC.

If that doesn't work, delete the device in FMC and re-register.

To do the “configure manager add” from the new module, I would need to know the Reg Key right? Or do I just do it without the Reg Key option?

Yes you need the registration key (assuming you're not using the NAT option).
