can anyone help me.

I have ciscoc works LMS 2.6

RME : 4.5

Campus:4.9

I need the location of device updates and how to add this package into cisco works, basicaly right now i am getting red color box for my cisco 3800 router. in topology view.

Please help me to provide download link for cisco view 6.1 .

Hi Shelesh,

You can download software updates for Ciscoview through "Common Services --> Software Center --> Device updates".
