Hi T Dang,

I know of no formal NMS training of the type it appears you're looking for, but there is a Cisco Press book called "Performance and Fault Management" that would probably be helpful to you. You'll have to do a bit of investigation to see if it's in print, but I've found it helpful.

Yes there is private education on NMS tools like the ETOM model and other tool-sets.
