Hi to all,

I have installed the Ciscoworks LMS 2.5

the version of the other components are:

CS 3.0.3

CM 4.0.3

CV 6.1.2

DFM 2.0.3

IPM 2.6.0

RME 4.0.3

I can discover all my devices with exception of cisco catalyst 2960.

I checked for device updete from ciscworks->commom services->software center->device update and there aren't updates.

How can I do to support also cisco catalyst 2960?

Hi. I recommend you get the sysObjectID of the device via a snmpwalk, and bounce that against the supported device list:

do you see your device listed there?
