VPN designing issue

hi all,

we are planning to setup Site to site vpn to connect our all office , our central site has 2 MBPS internet connection with proxy server & firewall to give access of intenet to other offices in intranet as wll as to access server located to central site.Following terms

1.All remote office will access internet through VPN located at central site proxy server

2.All remote office will access server through VPN

3.Internet access & server access will be seprated through-out VPN.

now tell me CEP required at remote office & firewall needed at central office, as for proxy we will use linux's squid.

note: tell bandwidth requirement for remote locations to access internet & private resources.

At least 128 Kbps per remote office is needed.
