VPN Http 401 Unauthorized: Authorization failed

I have version 4.7.2.e and cisco have informed me the ios is correct and this should work. i have two vpn concentrators and both at the same time are not allowing me to log in via http or telnet. i can console in. This has been working for months. I have changed the password, but still no joy!!!!
