Hi,

i have got Cisco 6509,2950,3550 & 3750 switches, i wanted monitor the network traffic on the network, implemented VLAN's also, so is there any software in cisco itself or any other 3rd party software available.?

I have been looking into doing this, too. I found a 3rd party software that looks interesting. It is OpManager from AdventNet. The free one will monitor up to 20 devices. I use MRTG, Multi Router Traffic Grapher, and it works very well.

You can download it from http://mrtg.hdl.com/mrtg.html. It is available for Unix and Windows and is freely available under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
