    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First, she must check her wireless connection, while she disconnected from the VPN connection try to test her connection with the AP by do continuous ping from her PC to the AP ip address (maybe her wireless connection get disconnected and return back).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Another thing, if she is authenticated from authentication server like AAA, check the attributes sent from the authentication server maybe you have find something like session-timeout=120 seconds?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>VPN client disconnecting</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;  I have a remote home user that is using a wireless internet connection.  She says that every now then, she connects to VPN client and after two minutes or so, she get disconnected. She's had this problem off and on for some months now. I need a resolution to the problem.  Thanks &lt;/P&gt;</description>
