Sitting on the router running ppp debugs shows that at nearly any given point someone is losing a connection. Any advice gratefully recieved.

Hello,

I think your best options are to either open a case with Cisco TAC, or use the "Bug Toolkit" and "Output Interpreter" tools to find out the cause of this error message. The Output Interpreter helps decoding the traceback dump, just paste the output of "show tech" into it (or "show version"+error message).

http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl

https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl

HTH,

Mustafa
