debug vpdn event disconnect

Hi Folks

I am trying to work out why our customers DSL connections tend to disconnect a lot. I found the aboce command but have been unable to find any way of interpreting the result.

Any ideas? (output print ed below)

Apart from these consolse messages, does it also throw some error message ?

Sadly no it doesnt.

I am trying to work out why our SOHO DSL product connects and disconnects so often. Sitting on the router running ppp debugs shows that at nearly any given point someone is losing a connection. Any advice gratefully recieved.

Hello,

I think your best options are to either open a case with Cisco TAC, or use the "Bug Toolkit" and "Output Interpreter" tools to find out the cause of this error message. The Output Interpreter helps decoding the traceback dump, just paste the output of "show tech" into it (or "show version"+error message).
