    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a syslog server and it is set to recieve all messages from the router.  However when i look a the show log of the router and the messages log into the syslog i see a couple of types of messages always missing for example my gatekeeper registration messages always doesn;t seem to make it into syslog.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have logging buffered debugging set up in the router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It could be that the trap logging level is set to a lower value (e.g. informational). Do a show logging and see if the logging level for both logging buffered and logging trap is the same or not. If it is not the same then issue the command 'logging trap debug' at the global configuration mode and then verify if you are getting all the messages or not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
