The tunnel is established but when they attempt to check e-mail, browser and sometimes even when logging on to the network, their pc freezes up, is very slow and/or disconnects them. It sounds like MS browser trouble at first guess, but hard to tell. Can they ping servers? is it a VPN gateway or a router running VPN in software etc? I have similar problems. PC freezes sooner or later when using VPN. PC must be restarted with on/off button. Task manager cannot be started with ctrl-alt-delete.</P><P>I have two computers at home of different brands, which both freezes after connecting vpn, either very soon after after doing some work, pretty randomly it seems.</P><P>Is this an unusual problem?
