Hello ,

In user tracking under Campus manager, I'm getting MAC addresses , hostnames and IP address of the station and Username column is empty. How to get usernames?. From Ciscoworks manual, it says that I have to run UTLite script ?. Where I can find this script and how to run this?. Does it require to run this script only once or always ?. Does it require any configuration change on Active directory Domains side to discover the users ?.

Thanks in advance

Raju
