      <title>DFM console not starting up</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can anybody help me understand why my DFM console won't start up ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the following server setup:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;CiscoWorks Common services 2.2 with SP2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Campus Manager 3.3 with update 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;DFM 1.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RME 3.5 with update 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RME incremental device support .5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;RealTime Monitor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get the following pop up message on my client system accessing the DFM monitor console:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could not load console.alarm_log.iccon&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;com.smarts.viewer.console.SmSchemaLoadException: system-name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Java console outputs the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;INFO: Connecting &lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://x.x.x.x:1741/CSCOnm/servlet/com.cisco.nm.cmf.servlet.CsAuthServlet" target="_blank"&gt;http://x.x.x.x:1741/CSCOnm/servlet/com.cisco.nm.cmf.servlet.CsAuthServlet&lt;/A&gt; with no proxy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;com.smarts.viewer.console.SmSchemaLoadException: system-name&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at com.smarts.viewer.console.SmHttpLoader.loadSchema(SmHttpLoader.java:116)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at com.smarts.viewer.console.SmSchemaManager.load(SmSchemaManager.java:188)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at com.smarts.viewer.console.SmSchemaManager.loadConsole(SmSchemaManager.java:88)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at com.smarts.viewer.console.SmConsoleManager.addConsoleBySchemaName(SmConsoleManager.java:465)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at com.smarts.standard.SmStandardApp.loadConsole(SmStandardApp.java:578)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at com.smarts.standard.SmStandardApp$ConsoleLoader.run(SmStandardApp.java:324)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.event.InvocationEvent.dispatch(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.EventQueue.dispatchEvent(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpOneEventForHierarchy(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEventsForHierarchy(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEvents(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.pumpEvents(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;	at java.awt.EventDispatchThread.run(Unknown Source)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've added my client system to the DfmServer and DfmBroker to the -accept list and restarted the processes, they state they are running okay.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any pointers,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jed&lt;/P&gt;</description>
