    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have CiscoWorks RWAN with IPM. I would like to measure the Round-Trip Latency using the DefaultIPEcho. I do not know if shall I keep the Packet Priority to Default (0) or higher.
