You can configure backup (up to 10) TACACS servers in case the primary is down, or you can always connect via the console using the admin password if your TACACS server dies for any length of time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, we have a VPN3030 with 3.5.5.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Admin user is authenticated via TACACS. Is there any way to configure local authentication&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for admin user as backup if TACACS fails? Regards Guenther&lt;/P&gt;</description>
