Hi My name is Jaime. I am experiencing the same problem. I have set up this in the lab and it works perfectly. When I moved the router to the client site I am then unable to set up the IPSEC tunnel.

When doing debuging in the router I do not see that anything is trying to get connect.

Any sugestion?

On the little information provided, my only thought is:

Is the device that connects to the Internet at the remote end passing IPSEC traffic thru'?

regards

Steve

Believe it or not I have also seen instances where the problem existed with the NT account and not being able to authenticate.

Can the client communicate with the concentrator or VPN BOX? If there is congestion or latency issue getting to the Concentrator it can also cause the problem.
