We have 2 new staff that aquired tablet PC's running XP. (Compaq) When we go to set up the VPN client, we keep getting wrong OS type. We have tried every version they have listed out there and even got them to give me special access to older archived versions. Nothing.

What actually happens when cisco can fix a problem. Does the case # go dead or do they activly try to work with you.

Some reason I think this one isnt going anywhere. Nothing against Cisco, but these new Account Managers are always bucking the system in our comany and never follow specs.

Some please have some feed back for me. If I can get them in the 3005 then I have to get them in the MS tunnel. NO WAY THAT IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!
