I need to display the serial number of a remote 3030 vpn. Does anyone know how to do this?

So far I did not know there is a way can find the serail number of a VPN 3000 concentrator from the console or Web browsing interface.

The only way to find out the serail number of that box is have a look with the box itself. There is a label attached to it. Or from the contract number, open a TAC case, from the contract number, they can find the serial number of that VPN 3000 box.

Physical access to the box is needed to get the Serial number.

It is possible to find the serial # from the web management console if you are running 3.6 under Monitoring --> System Status.
