      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;So far I did not know there is a way can find the serail number of a VPN 3000 concentrator from the console or Web browsing interface.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way to find out the serail number of that box is have a look with the box itself.  There is a label attached to it.  Or from the contract number, open a TAC case, from the contract number, they can find the serial number of that VPN 3000 box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
