    <description>&lt;P&gt;When executing cmexport by the command  cmexport ut -u cwsiver -p VER143r -host -f /tmp/file.xml   &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the following error mssg is displayed &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Be sure that the ANI Server is processing requests and then use the cmexport command&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the DE run good via GUI.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLATFORM : SUNSOLARIS 2.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;JAVA 1.3.1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls give me a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;pls email me at &lt;A href="mailto:george.c.titus@verizon.com" target="_blank"&gt;george.c.titus@verizon.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;George Titus&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found out today the problem was merely a permissions issue.  Unfortunately, I don't have root access to the Unix box.  The structure of the message "Be sure that the ANI Server is processing requests and then use the cmexport command" didn't appear to be a permissions related problem.  I got with the Unix admin, ran the cmexport command and found out it was...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
