getting error when running cmexport from ciscoworks campus manager

When executing cmexport by the command cmexport ut -u cwsiver -p VER143r -host -f /tmp/file.xml

the following error mssg is displayed

Be sure that the ANI Server is processing requests and then use the cmexport command

the DE run good via GUI.

PLATFORM : SUNSOLARIS 2.8

JAVA 1.3.1

I found out today the problem was merely a permissions issue. Unfortunately, I don't have root access to the Unix box. The structure of the message "Be sure that the ANI Server is processing requests and then use the cmexport command" didn't appear to be a permissions related problem. I got with the Unix admin, ran the cmexport command and found out it was...
