      <title>Firepower Smart Licensing issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Experts&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am deploying 2 x FTD 2140 in HA, both devices has been added in FMC now i registered devices via smart licensing but i am getting error regarding licensing on FMC as well as licensing portal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;its showing&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Insufficient license : default account has shortage of cisco FPR 2140 URL/threat licenes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; on license portal&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;on FMC its showing&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;smart license usage is out of compliance&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;all images has been attached for further detail&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looks like you have two FTD but no license associated to your smart account.&lt;BR /&gt;If you have the licenses, associate they to your smart account (or ask the reseler to do that).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;can you tell me if I required any &lt;STRONG&gt;PAK&lt;/STRONG&gt; for adding in smart account. I installed ASA with firepower in which I received PAK&amp;nbsp;for the registration and licenses and&amp;nbsp;used classic licensing &amp;nbsp;which is working fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;do I required any PAK in case of FTD or I required something else ( any key )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;what should I asked from reseller in order to add licenses ?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you may receive a PAK. In this case go to cisco licesing portal and associate the license to your smart account.&lt;BR /&gt;Also your reseller may associate the license directly to your smart account.&lt;BR /&gt;Classic license will not allow you to rehost the license (or will, but you will need TAC assistance).&lt;/P&gt;
