hello

i bought cisco asa 5506-x with firepower from ebay and i do not get the pak key and the fire dont has any license no control or protection or any other license how can i get license even for training purposes

If you didn't purchase it via authorized channels, you don't have any recourse to get licenses from Cisco. It's between you and the seller.

i am just asking if there is evaluation license for protection and control like url and malware licenses for training purposes

I had 5506-X in my lab i ran out of licenses. protection and control does not do much. as for you i guess you need to enhance your understand for the firepower. you could use a FTD with FMC it give you a 90 days demo lic for free enough for you to learn and test it.
