Cisco ASA 5545 Warning: duplicate link-local address

After updating an ASA5545 with IPv6 functionality enabled to version 9.12(3)12 (coming from 9.8(2)28) we get the warning:

"Warning: duplicate link-local address: xxx
detected on interface abc. IPV6 function is stalled. You need to shutdown
and then unshut the interface to restart IPV6 function on it."

Shut and unshut did not help. There is no link local configured on the interface.

Any idea, what I can do?

as per the documentation it was expected :

work around disable IPv6 nd messages.
