Hello RJI,

I did not set up the AD integration, but the connection was working ok.
In the current config, I have only a "directory username" and password, while the "AD Join username" and password are blank.

The "Group DN" is fine because it is the same in the other FMC where it works.

Regards,
Konstantinos

Hi,
When you defined the AD Realm, did you run "Test AD Join" to confirm successful connectivity? If that was succesful check your "Group DN" under the realm configuration.
Can you provide a screenshot of your AD realm configuration please.

See this example of configuring AD Realm on an FMC.

HTH
