    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd suggest calling the TAC directly. Have your product serial number on hand. They can verify there is an active support contract. If necessary the TAC frontline responder can associate your cisco.com ID with that contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;All I am trying to do is download firmware for the asa5006x and it says "contract required"? I have filled out my profile completely months ago. The product is listed correctly in my devices.&amp;nbsp; I have tried to start a Help Case and there is no classification for this product or issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The general website navigation is very trying and I am FUSS-trated!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This should be simple as 123 and very complicated to install this unit in a timely manner.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What do I do now?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
