it all depends on what Syslog server you have installed on Windows 10 PC?

if you can provide more information about the Syslog server, we could able to help you on this?

1. here is the ASA send logs to Syslog Server

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/pix-500-series-security-appliances/63884-config-asa-00.html

2. Make sure windows 10 has default FW, make the necessary changes to allow Logs to come in to Kiwi syslog Server ( or disable FW if this is testing).

3. you can view the Logs kiwi Syslog server GUI : (once ASA start sending the Logs to SYSLOG Server)

https://www.solarwinds.com/free-tools/kiwi-free-syslog-server

By default, all messages are captured to SyslogCatchAll.txt in C:\Program Files (x86)\Syslogd\Logs.

you can change the path, of the storage space is low in C driver.

In your, Kiwi Syslog Server navigate to File > Setup.

Under Rules, click on Log to file. From here, you can change the Path and file name of the log file.

Apply new settings.
