      <description>&lt;P&gt;What software is it running - ASA or FTD?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you saying no GUI comes up when you browse using https to the management address? Or that you cannot login with the local username?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It working fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But from past 2-3 days unable to take gui access but able to take ssh.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No configuration changes, upgrade has been done.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, if it is working now after a reboot I am not sure what else we can help with.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the reason you were not able to access the GUI my best guess is that the HTTP management process on the FTD had hung and rebooting caused this process to restart.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you need a more specific reason you will need to open a TAC case and send them the troubleshoot file from the affected system.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
