    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 2 ASA firewalls active/standby version 9.8(2)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;by ASDM I change the security level of the interface from 100 to 0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then I found this message in below photo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn`t read the message I want to finish this task quickly&amp;nbsp; so I press on "force send"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after that, the failover is down, any configure do at the active don`t apply at the standby one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and at sh run, i find this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;failover&lt;BR /&gt;failover lan unit primary&lt;BR /&gt;failover lan interface LANFAIL Port-channel1&lt;BR /&gt;failover key *****&lt;BR /&gt;failover link LANFAIL Port-channel1&lt;BR /&gt;failover interface ip LANFAIL 10.10.1.1 255.255.255.0 standby 10.10.1.2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at bot active and standby&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, this means that failover is gone and I must configure it from the beginning&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and what the required configuration for that&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if make this, I will need to reset the ASA to activate this configuration?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please any response ASAP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="117642344_619045325411787_8249806090121250512_n.jpg" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/81096iD5C59849BB1DB9C7/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="117642344_619045325411787_8249806090121250512_n.jpg" alt="117642344_619045325411787_8249806090121250512_n.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The message in your ASDM indicates that you made changes on the standby device (which will not be sent to the active device.)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you issue the commands &lt;STRONG&gt;show failover&lt;/STRONG&gt; and &lt;STRONG&gt;show failover history.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also which interface did you change the security level on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
