      <title>Anyconnect APEX license Issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Support,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Our order is&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;L-AC-APX-LIC=&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; for an ASA vpn anyconnect&amp;nbsp;110, as indicated in attached screenshot&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;And I downloaded the license from the portal and i install it on ASA, but after reboot and "show version" command, it shows me that we have 5000 Anyconnect premium peers, knowing that our order is only 110.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Is this normal behavior of the ASA , or are there other things configured or verified.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;The screenshots attached describe our problem.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Best Regards,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is normal behavior.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The ASA will show the maximum number of endpoints supported by the platform.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This is because AnyConnect 4.x+ is technically licensed per unique user - not per connected endpoint. So, rather that try to figure out which connections are unique users, the ASA just allows as many as it can and shifts the burden of ensuring compliance with the terms of the licenses to the administrator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
