FMC URL Reputation Issue

Hello,

I have a system of 2 FTD in HA managed by FMC.

The version of the FTD is 6.4.0

The version of the FMC was 6.4.0.9, and now I upgraded to 6.6.0

The issue I have is that some URL do not show the correct reputation, so they are not displayed at all in the browser.

I would like first to ask is FMC querying BrightCloud for URLs or only Talos?

The reputation of one site is neutral and in FMC is showing neutral, but in the events is shown as Unkown and it fails.

What could this error be?

Thanks for the reply.

In 6.6 is using only Talos. Does anyone has the same problem with the reputation and the url categories?

I found several sites that have reputation unknown and that affects the production environment.

In addition, there are some sites that have changed category form the brightcloud.

What could I do?
