ASDM not connecting to ASA

I have 10 ASAs with different

versions and ASDMs. It was running nicely until last week. some of them can be accessed from ASDM launcher 1.8 with ASDM (7.8(2)) for the ASA version (9.8(2)).

The rest open through ASDM launcher 1.5 with ASDM (7.2(2)) for ASA version 9.2(2).

The annoying part is that it is running fine from two other PCs

My Colleague has Windows 8 with Java 8.41 and ASDM launcher 1.8

the other one has Windows 10 with Java 8.41 and ASDM launcher 1.8

Both running fine and can control all ASAs from one launcher

Any help

Make sure that you have configured the following for the ASA:

HTTP access - http IP_Address Subnetmask interface_name (ex. http 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0 management)

ASDM image is installed and configured in CLI - command asdm image <image>

You can use the commands show run http and show run asdm to see if these are configured.

Also, if you have configured a different port to connect to via ASDM using the command http server enable <port_number> make sure you are connecting to the correct port number.
