    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 10 ASAs with different&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;versions and ASDMs. It was running nicely until last week. some of them can be accessed from ASDM launcher 1.8 with ASDM&amp;nbsp; (7.8(2)) for the ASA version&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;(9.8(2)).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rest open through ASDM launcher 1.5 with ASDM (7.2(2)) for ASA version 9.2(2).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The annoying part is that it is running fine from two other PCs&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Colleague has Windows 8 with Java 8.41 and ASDM launcher 1.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the other one has&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Windows 10 with Java 8.41 and ASDM launcher 1.8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both running fine and can control all ASAs from one launcher&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My PC windows 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Java 8.41&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASDM 1.8 and&amp;nbsp; 1.5&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 492px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.cisco.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/87608iF0A143DA53F7BEFF/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="mceNonEditable lia-copypaste-placeholder"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure that you have configured the following for the ASA:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;HTTP access - &lt;STRONG&gt;http IP_Address Subnetmask interface_name&lt;/STRONG&gt; (ex. http 192.168.0.0 255.255.255.0 management)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;ASDM image is installed and configured in CLI - command &lt;STRONG&gt;asdm image &amp;lt;image&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can use the commands show run http and show run asdm to see if these are configured.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, if you have configured a different port to connect to via ASDM using the command &lt;STRONG&gt;http server enable &amp;lt;port_number&amp;gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;make sure you are connecting to the correct port number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
