https://community.cisco.com/t5/network-security/ftd4110-cluster-joining-faults/m-p/4259928#M1076724 <P>Hi everyone.<BR />We have two 4110 chassis cluster configuration in our large DC with FTD 6.4.0.9 appliance.<BR />Both chassis connected to core switch WS-C6509-E<BR />A few month cluster can work properly, then after maintenance reboot, they cannot join the cluster together.<BR />At this point one node became a master in the cluster, but second node doesnt see master to join as a slave.<BR />Also DATA portchannel on second node became failed with interface operational status "suspended".<BR />On the switch it looks like -<BR />csw-1#show etherchannel summary | i Po55<BR />Group&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Port-channel&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Protocol&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Ports<BR />------+-------------+-----------+------------------------<BR />55&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Po55(SU) &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; LACP&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Te5/5(I)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Te6/5(P)</P><P>This problem appears periodically.
