    <description>&lt;P&gt;Your individual cisco.com userid needs to be associated with the service contract.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have the service contract number you can open a TAC case using it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have that then check with your company admin for such things (or with your Cisco partner or reseller who sells the contract to your company).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
