    <description>&lt;P&gt;It looks like you might be hitting either a bug or an anomalous condition in your FTD. Either way I would recommend you open a TAC case to have them work with you directly to resolve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;is this in production - then suggest to TAC&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if offline device, reboot and try upgrade again, also check the disk space (not suspecting, worth check)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Looks like something went wrong while upgrading, suggest to raise an TAC case for the engineer to look for you.,&lt;/P&gt;
