It is necessary a License for use SFP+ 10GB in ports on FPR4K-SSD200 module for Firepower 2130 with ASA image or I can use the port with SFP+ for 10GB ?

No license is required for the SFP module. Only licenses that you would require (depending on which functions you want to use) are Threat, URL, AMP, or AnyConnect

The FPR2K-SSD200 is a built-in solid state drive. It has nothing do do the the data interfaces. It sits directly above the 4 x SFP+ interfaces in the chassis so that may have been confusing when looking at the appliance.

When you are using a Firepower appliance with ASA image, the only required license is the ASA base image. With that license, you are able to use all of the data interfaces- both on the base chassis or in the optional network module slot.
