Could someone guide me on how to create a custom report template for bandwidth consumption by website and application only in specific IP clients, or another way to do it on FMC

FMC isn't very well-suited to this sort of thing as it's not part of what it's really designed to do. A Netflow application can typically do this much more easily.

I did see one user report limited success in creating similar reports. Please refer to this thread from a while back:
