Hello

I am upgrating my FMC from 6.2.2 to 6.4.0.

After uploading the package and starting the installation i have the following error:

installation failed peer registration in progress. please retry in a few moments.

I have unregistered the device and start again the update but the issue remains.

You may need to open a TAC case to have them go into expert mode in the FMC cli and remove the pending registration.

You might also be able to find it yourself, but proceed very carefully when doing anything in expert mode without TAC instructions. This article may help if you are trying it on your own:

There are no configuration instead of upgrading i have done a new installation directly and it's ok.

Same error when I upgrade 7.0.2.1 to 7.0.4

HA 2x 2500, Standby unit upgrade successes, Primary failed with the same error.

Readiness check won't start in the GUI, passed in CLI

No pending tasks checked under the expert root

Reboot the FMC under Configuration-Process- Reboot management Center.

After reboot, readiness check runs in GUI, and upgrade install succeeded.
