Dears,

I'd like to confirm about FMCv firmware upgrade time. I directly upgraded from FMC existing version 6.4.0.9 to targeted one 6.6.4. After taking 7 hrs continuously included existing time from maintenance mode, this upgrade finished successfully. Is that one normal?

No it's not normal. I typically see about 1 hour for such an upgrade (and I have done probably 15-20 of those upgrades).

However your virtualization environment could have resource constraints (slow disk, IOPS etc.) that cause it to take much longer.

Thanks Malvin for your answer. When I checked disk type, I did use Thin Provisioned since installing version 6.4.0. That causes taking time a lot when I upgrade to 6.6.4.
