Hello, I need help

The fire power 2120 can serve a dhcp ip to my laptop, but unfortunately i cannot access its GUI and I can not ping it either.

When I try to connect ftdthrough FXOS, it says application not installed yet it was working well then it went off suddenly

We need some more details to assist properly.

Is this a Firepower 2120 running FTD?

What address are you trying to reach - management or data interface?

An FTD device only has a GUI when it is managed with FDM or CDO. When it is FMC-managed, there is only the cli for management.
