Firepower FMC and Webex MS Teams Best Practice

Hi there,

are there any best practices out there how to setup Firepower via FMC with Prefilter, QoS or Trust rules to bypass traffic for web conferencing (MS Teams and Webex)?

We see audio issues and poor audio/video qualtiy when users are sitting in the office. It seems that they don't have those issues when working from home.

I would like to tune my firepower, but not sure which tools and solutions are best to trust web conferencing traffic.

MS suggest not to do any proxy, decryption and filtering. and get Feeds from MS (they keep adding IP address)
