Reaching out for some advice

We are getting error on one of our firewall:

ERROR: CP 0x84 Memory Test() failures detected !!

ERROR: Memory Test() Inspect DIMM !!

Wondering if it is worthwhile to try to reseat the memory module? Or contact Cisco for RMA?

has anyone had this type of error before?

yes i would reseat the DIMM and re-do the test, if still Fails, Raise an TAC for assistance :

hardware installation guide help you : - these are same like any UCS Server you can easily find DIMM in the Servers.
