      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to get the system and asdm image both onto each unit's flash. You may need to make the standby unit active to reach your tftp server. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have that completed, first reload the standby unit. Verify it loads with new image. It will complain about software version mismatch with peer but that's expected. Make it active and verify proper operations. Then go to formerly active unit (which is now standby) and reload it. Finally, make it active and verify once more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
