Anybody here knows if Meraki MX firewalls supports aggregated ports? How can I configure it?

No it will not support, but you can configure as fail over :

But how about for the ports facing the LAN switch? How can I configure at least a redundant link going to the switch?

MX is Routed mode right check the below example :

Layer 3 switch :

You can 2 ports configured as access port with SVI
