User Agent not adding to FMC

I can't get my User Agent to add my FMC. Every time I do, I get this message in the logs:

[0003] - Error connecting to FMC 10.0.0.30: MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.

I don't know how to remediate this. Can someone help?

What version of FMC are you using? FMC 6.6 will not allow you to add new User Agent instances as the feature is being deprecated.

Did you find any solution to the problem? the below is my case. Using asdm instead of FMC.

[0003] - Error connecting to FMC 10.21.50.100: MySql.Data.MySqlClient.MySqlException (0x80004005): Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.
at MySql.Data.MySqlClient.NativeDriver.Open()
at MySql.Data.MySqlClient.Driver.Open()

The issue started suddenly.

I was on 6.2.3.x. then I upgraded to 6.6.5 but the same issue.
