      <description>Hi Balaji,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your response. I just found out the user has given me incorrect info. The issue is in FTD not ASA. I will advise them to delete the files and see if that helps.&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
