      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had same problem and fixed it by updating GeoDB manually to 31-05-2022.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Step 2&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Choose System &amp;gt; Updates.&lt;BR /&gt;Step 3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Click Geolocation Updates.&lt;BR /&gt;Step 4&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Choose Upload and install geolocation update.&lt;BR /&gt;Step 5&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Browse to the update you downloaded, and click Upload.&lt;BR /&gt;Step 6&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Click Import.&lt;BR /&gt;Step 7&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Optionally, monitor the task status;&lt;BR /&gt;Step 8&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After the update finishes, return to the Geolocation Updates page or choose&lt;BR /&gt;Help &amp;gt; About to confirm that the GeoDB build number matches the update you&lt;BR /&gt;installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;**** please remember to rate useful posts&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>On the Software download site for FMC 4500, the latest version available is&lt;BR /&gt;[cid:image001.png@01D8797F.8285E490]&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This is a version below what is attempting to be installed  over and over again.  I do not see the 2022_05_31 file for the 4500&lt;BR /&gt;Am I in the correct spot?&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I had the problem on vfmc. But you are in the right place for your model.&lt;BR /&gt;Try to download the same version and install it manually.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is your unit in HA pair? Try to failover and see if the other one got the&lt;BR /&gt;same problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;***** please remember to rate useful posts&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
