I am trying to make some filtering rules using the integration with the active directory, I already integrated the active directory in a realm and I get the groups and users, additionally I add them to the access list without problems, but when the PCs that are in the domain they are browsing, they do not recognize the user and they go to the default rule. access rule

As you can see in iniatiator user I get not found, and I don't understand why that PC is in the domain of the active directory that it integrates.
